Sibline Hourdi is a non-load-bearing block used in slab construction. It allows the construction of one-way or two-way ribbed slabs, with an upper concrete flange cast in situ in a single operation.

Slab design shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable governing codes and standards, including, but not limited to, UBC 97 and ACI 318.

Sibline Lightweight and Regular Hourdi Blocks are produced using a proprietary mix design containing Portland cement, silica sand, limestone aggregates and lightweight materials, including pumice (natural lightweight aggregate) and non-toxic flame-retardant expanded polystyrene (EPS).
